The 2024 Mayoral Service Recognition Program: Business Certificate Form

NYC Service is now accepting requests for business service recognition certificates. Businesses must show significant impact on the NYC community and meet a minimum percentage of employees engaged in volunteerism in the five boroughs during calendar year 2023. 

  • If your business has less than 100 NYC-based employees, you must have engaged 20% or more in volunteerism in NYC in 2023.
  • If your business has 100 or more NYC-based employees, you must have engaged 30% or more in volunteerism in NYC in 2023.

Requests for all certificates closed on March 11, 2024.
